Sisyphus sat on the stairs on front of his temple. Around him, night was settling over Greece.
He sat and wondered what was wrong with him.
Ever since he had laid eyes on the girl that was the reincarnation of Athena, he had felt strange. It was a feeling of being torn appart inside. Something a Saint wasn’t supposed to feel. And still…
An image flashed through his mind. Big green eyes, looking up at him with fear, yet also with such trust. Fear of an unknown future, but trusting his promise to keep her safe.
He closed his eyes and rubbed his temples. Until he sorted his feelings out, he wouldn’t be any good in a mission. Leave alone a good guidance to the young goddess.
Then it struck him. The reason his heart sped up when even only thinking of Sasha. The reason his thoughts always returned to her.
This feeling… it was way beyond the simple devotion of a Saint.
It was love.
„Tche.“ The Sagittarius Saint smirked at himself. „Seems I have not only one heart, but two…“
He looked up at the starry sky.
